Job Title: Dispatcher/ Load Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher/ Load Coordinator to join our team at TLS Transportation. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for locating carriers to move our customers' shipments, negotiating and calculating freight rates, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a Logistics or Transportation company and possess a strong understanding of the industry. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate carriers to move customers' shipments
  • Negotiate and calculate freight rates
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with customers to advise on shipping methods and costs

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Transportation
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
