Key Responsibilities- Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models
- Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
