Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
    • Proven track record of improving maintenance performance and reducing downtime
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Masters degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
