  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential transmission issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the service manager and other team members regarding job status, parts needed, and any additional repairs required.
  • Test repaired transmissions to confirm successful repair and proper function before returning the vehicle to the customer.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
