Key Responsibilities:
  • Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible.
  • Guest Service: Anticipate and meet the needs of each guest, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Belongings Management: Store or retrieve guest belongings in an efficient and secure manner.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, and work in outside weather conditions.
  • Appearance Guidelines: Present a professional business-like image, adhering to company standards.
  • Qualifications: At least 18 years of age, strong customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and a clean driving record.
