We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Inspire Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internalizing disorders and comorbidities, with a focus on medically fragile children and those with eating disorders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a 12-bed inpatient unit and providing new consultations from other departments on a rotating basis. Additionally, they will work closely with our outpatient care team to provide comprehensive care for patients referred from various programs, including heart transplant and advanced heart failure, end-stage renal disease and kidney transplant, hematology/oncology, diabetes and gender-based endocrinology, and cystic fibrosis.
As a faculty member in our general psychiatry residency program, the successful candidate will have opportunities to teach and mentor residents, as well as participate in research initiatives. Our department provides a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
