Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $39.00 and $43.00 per hour, based on the location in Cape May and the qualifications required.

Job Description

This is a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor role, responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

The RN Supervisor will lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participating in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and making recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
