  • Fundraising and Development
    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for our programs, including identifying and cultivating major donors and building relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute plans to secure funding and support for our programs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for our programs.
  • Leadership and Management

Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in management and people leadership within the nonprofit or related field.
    • Demonstrated success in fundraising and public speaking, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of success in program development, fundraising, and leadership.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Mature personal Christian faith that is consistent with the FireSeeds Statement of Faith.
    • Committed, competent, and driven, with exceptional communication skills.
    • High emotional intelligence, fostering strong relationships and navigating complex situations adeptly.
