CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership support to our onsite team, ensuring seamless business operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide day-to-day oversight of clinic operations, lead problem-solving situations, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze and capture new prescription sources, identify areas of expansion, and ensure optimum efficiency by reducing obstacles for providers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure timely communication between customers and CPS staff, and work independently with regional leadership as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate monthly and quarterly reports to track progress towards SLA adherence, clinical goals, and operational KPIs.
- Quality and Compliance: Collaborate with the quality team to ensure maintenance and completion of clinical and operational audits, and ensure consistency and appropriateness of clinical and operational documentation.
- Education and Experience: A B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD and an active pharmacist license in NY, with a minimum of five years' experience working as a pharmacist and experience working in a lead role in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in standard workplace software, and the ability to start from scratch and execute quickly and accurately.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an early-stage healthcare environment, proficiency with standard software used in a healthcare setting, and a driver's seat position transforming how specialty pharmacy services are delivered.
