We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team of instructors for Soccer Shots - North Central PA. As a youth soccer coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives while enjoying a fun and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and interact with 2-8 year old children, utilizing your skills and experience to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with day care center staff, directors, and parents, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all.
- Communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots director of coaching, ensuring accurate attendance and attendance records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a youth soccer coach.
- Working with children: Must be able to engage and interact with 2-8 year olds, and have experience doing so.
- Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2-8 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best 30 minutes of their week.
- Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
- Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
- Soccer: Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that would work.
- Must be available to work at least one day on the weekend-Saturday or Sunday for the season.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour.
