**Job Summary:**

The PA Fellow will participate in a comprehensive training program at Upstate University Hospital, working alongside Emergency Medicine Residents to develop clinical expertise in emergency medicine. The fellow will gain hands-on experience in treating patients in both adult and pediatric emergency rooms, as well as our minor care treatment area.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • NYS licensed/registered PA required
  • Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire
  • Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Experience with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Work experience in emergency medicine or a related field

**Compensation:**

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $115,508, based on full-time, 1.0 FTE, and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
