Position Summary:

  • Accountable for supplying all necessary materials to bindery machinery to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Review production schedules for upcoming tasks, verifying job tickets for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Organize and arrange all components for each project in designated areas to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Transfer completed press sheets to appropriate bindery machines or staging zones, ensuring quality checks are performed prior to staging.
  • Prepare and deliver all required items to the shipping department for timely processing.
  • Communicate effectively with the floor supervisor regarding the status of staged items at each machine.
  • When projects are ready for storage, relocate them to designated shelves while maintaining accurate records in the Locator System.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
