Job Summary

Brockton Area Multi-Servi is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized service plans to promote independence, socialization, and community integration.
  2. Provide personal care assistance, including toileting, showering, grooming, and mobility support.
  3. Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
  4. Facilitate community relationships and friendships through outings and activities.
  5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
