Position Summary:

The Warehouse Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, overseeing all aspects of inventory management. Key responsibilities include the timely receipt of shipments, systematic arrangement and storage of inventory, upkeep of fleet equipment, conducting physical inventory audits, and accurate processing and reporting of inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify all purchase orders within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and systematic storage of all items within the warehouse.
  • Manage return authorizations efficiently, including requests, returns, and reporting.
  • Execute inventory transactions in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to Numotion standards.
  • Oversee waste management, including the breakdown of boxes and removal of pallets.
  • Sanitize and maintain fleet vehicles, including rental, demo, and loaner units.
  • Provide guidance on effective inventory control procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience in supply chain and inventory management is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
  • Quick thinker, capable of assessing situations and making informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization.
