Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time school based position.

Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the current school year, and this role involves providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop treatment plans to address speech and language needs
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Based on industry standards, we estimate the hourly rate to be between $45-$55 per hour for SLPs and $28-$36 per hour for SLPA's. Additionally, you will receive guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services, paid cancellations, and access to health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time contractors.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Alabama SLP or SLPA license and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
