Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour per week caseload.
  • The K-12 caseload will be discussed during the interview with the district director.
  • You will work onsite during the school year.
  • The hourly rate for this role is negotiable and commensurate with experience (SLPA - $28-36/hour, SLP - $45-55+/hour).
  • You can expect guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services with paid cancellations.
  • Full-time contractors are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Continued education reimbursements and clinical support are also available throughout your assignment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Alabama SLP or SLPA license.
  • A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
