• Generate detailed plans, elevations, sections, and specifics based on field measurements, sketches, and notes from Project Managers.
• Execute CAD drafting tasks adhering to established office standards and protocols.
• Handle a range of complex CAD assignments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Contractors, and Clients to align project information and requirements.
• Conduct field verification activities.
• Document current or prospective projects through photography.
• Create and prepare visual presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, RINO, and/or BIM software.
• Familiarity with SketchUP is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Revit is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Blue Beam is a plus.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of construction materials and building assemblies.
• Strong grasp of Building Technology and construction methods.
• Experience with Building Envelope Technology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to effectively convey and present information in verbal, graphical, and written formats.
• Capable of applying common sense to resolve issues and make decisions in non-standard scenarios.
• Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes related to projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
