We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating interest rate risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth analysis and insights on interest rate metrics to senior-level committees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive interest rate risk metrics to enable effective measurement and management of interest rate risk.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis of key interest rate assumptions and present results to senior management.
- Perform stress testing across both static and dynamically evolving balance sheets.
- Review and ensure that option risk, basis risk, and concentration risk are adequately identified, monitored, and reported.
- Prepare analysis and track progress on regulatory deliverables and enhancements to the interest rate risk management process and controls.
- Liaise with entity and business treasurers for measuring, analyzing, reporting, and managing firm-wide interest rate metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Treasury or Risk Management.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management.
- Proven PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and interact with all levels of management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $176,720.00 - $265,080.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
