Urology Physician Assistant Position at Summit Health

We are seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Urology Department at Summit Health. This is an exciting opportunity to join our physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.

About the Role
This Full-time position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-year experience in Urology preferred. As a valued member of our team, you will work Monday through Friday, with an average of 35 hours worked per week.

Job Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our Urology Department to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Connecticut State APN or PA License
- Minimum 1-year experience in Urology preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
