Estimated salary range: $1400 - $1700 per week, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide top-notch care to patients in a fast-paced ICU setting. As a PCU nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of progressive care experience required.
- Current state nursing license and BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
