About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Admission Care Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for admitting patients into our hospice program and providing them with the necessary resources to ensure a comfortable and dignified end-of-life experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with at least two years of acute care experience. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred but not required.
