About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Ingka External. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our home furnishings department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
  • Create relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
  • Act as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
  • Listen to, identify, anticipate, and respond to customer needs.
  • Maximize sales while maintaining profitability by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

Work Environment

We offer a fun and inclusive work environment with fully open work schedule availability, including evenings and weekends. The pay range for this role is $27.32.
