Job Description

This management trainee program is designed to equip future managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their position. Department assignments will be based on store needs. Trainees will observe and follow all company policies and standard practices, manage department operations when needed, and maintain effective communication within the department and organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job

In addition, physical requirements include lifting cases or packages weighing 1-40 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally, meeting established volume activity standards, standing or walking 100% of the time, and performing repetitive grasping, twisting, reaching, and hand/arm motions.
