Auto Parts Sales Specialist

At Sanel NAPA Auto Parts, we're seeking an Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Meredith, NH. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience.

This dynamic and customer-focused position is ideal for individuals passionate about cars and providing exceptional service. As an Automotive Parts Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive needs, whether in-store or via phone support.

You'll work closely with your team to deliver outstanding care to every customer, ensuring accurate auto parts solutions and creating positive experiences. Additionally, you'll be expected to maintain detailed records of inventory, manage special orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.

• Maintain detailed records of inventory, manage special orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Efficiently operate technology systems, including point-of-sale, cash registers, and TAMS system, to ensure smooth transactions.
• Support store operations by occasionally opening and closing the store and performing other duties as needed.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and using hands to handle objects.
