Compensation:
$19-$20 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine checks every two hours or as needed in the Packaging area, including weight verification and metal detection.
  • Conduct environmental and allergen testing at the start of each shift or before product changeovers.
  • Execute daily checks on finished products in the Packaging Area.
  • Ensure traceability checks are completed for the Packaging Area.
  • Conduct daily mold inspections in the Drying Room.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork diligently.
  • Carry out internal audits on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours and occasional Saturdays during peak periods.
  • Ability to perform additional tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Quality Control (minimum one year).
  • Relevant post-secondary education or certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards.
