Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) is a leading provider of auto-related products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a critical role that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using various communication channels.
  • Communicate with service providers to provide timely assistance and resolve logistical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Effectively use computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate service issues, concerns, and complaints to supervisors as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines/goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
