As a seasoned Healthcare IT Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of service line workflow and design decision impacts. With a strong background in PathNet healthcare information technology, you will provide expert oversight and direction to stakeholders, driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements. Your expertise will also be instrumental in mitigating solution risks and issues, executing workflow and process improvement strategies, and leading client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients on service line workflow and design decision impacts.
- Provide expert oversight and direction to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements.
- Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- At least 2 years of PathNet healthcare information technology consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of PathNet software implementation experience.
- GenLab experience.
- Microbiology experience a plus.
