Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service retail security products and equipment at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to enhance technical expertise
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of electronics and networking fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and security systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools up to 50-70 pounds
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Networking certification (e.g. CompTIA Network+)
  • 3+ years of experience installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems
  • Highly adaptable to industry changes and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
