Key Responsibilities:- Prepare banquet areas by arranging tables, chairs, linens, dishware, and cutlery in accordance with event requirements.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, relaying them to kitchen and bar personnel.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction throughout the event.
- Respond to guest inquiries and needs in a timely and courteous manner during the event.
- Support the cleanup and organization of the banquet space following the conclusion of the event.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physically fit to lift and transport heavy items and stand for prolonged periods.
- Previous experience in banquet or dining environments is advantageous, though not mandatory.
