Job Details

This occupational therapy position is a full-time opportunity with a supportive school district in a nearby location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy and a strong background in working with students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy required
  • Active occupational therapy license in the respective state
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Prior experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
