Job Overview

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in retail settings is required. Demonstrated ability to follow and provide guidance effectively.

Certifications: Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication with customers, management, and team members.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Point of Sale systems and payroll software.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.

Leadership Responsibilities:

The Lead Store Sales Associate will:

  • Provide direction to team members as assigned or in the absence of management.
  • Document and report any behavioral or attitude concerns to management.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Regularly required to stand, use hands, and communicate effectively.
  • Frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
