Ancillary Services: The practice boasts an impressive array of ancillary services, including pathology, anesthesia, CT, ultrasound, breath testing, capsule endoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, elastography, RFA, esophageal and anal manometry.
Clinical Research and Education: The group is committed to ongoing education and clinical research, with a strong focus on NASH/IBD, biomarkers for colon cancer, and clinical trials. They hold a monthly Journal Club and encourage continued education.
Practice Schedule: The typical schedule consists of 4 days in the ASC and 1 day in the clinic, with an average of 14-16 patients daily. Call is shared equally among weeknights, weekends, and holidays, with APPs taking the first call.
Compensation Package: The group offers a competitive compensation package, including a $550K starting salary, $50K sign-on bonus, comprehensive healthcare benefits, 4 weeks of PTO, and 1 week of CME with allowance. Partnership is available within 1-2 years, with full practice ownership available.
