About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Post-Frame Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating new customers, and developing relationships with existing ones in assigned territories. Our Sales Consultants work collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to deliver unparalleled quality and superior warranties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets
  • Cultivate new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
