Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Legal Assistant to provide essential support to our attorneys who focus on labor and employment law. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and offering administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents pertinent to labor and employment law cases
  • Organize and maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure that all materials are readily accessible
  • Engage in professional communication with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
  • Conduct legal research to aid in case preparation and strategic planning
  • Provide administrative support and manage billing tasks efficiently
  • Assist in the filing of legal documents with various courts

  • Stay informed about current labor and employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
