Pilgrim's is seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, programming, setting, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, program, set, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment, including metal detectors, scales, PID controllers, VFD, PLC, circuit boards, fuses, relays, motors, electro-pneumatic valves, etc.
- Read and interpret electromechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, etc.
- Use multimeter, megohmmeter, signal generator, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Perform timely repair and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Respond to emergency and unplanned problems and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate power tools, saws, drills, impacts, grinder, etc. to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Work in high heat and cold environments, heights, and confined spaces as required.
- Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
7PM-7:30AM, 4 days on, 3 days off.
Compensation$27.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential.
