Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for EC2 capacity planning and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and Amazon's coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other team gatherings to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, with a focus on reliability and scaling
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language, such as Java, Python, or Scala
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
