Job Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Manager

At Duluth Trading Company, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Develop a deep understanding of our products and provide solution-oriented service to customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Sales and Floor Coverage: Manage floor coverage to engage customers, drive sales, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear and consistent feedback to employees, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is secured, respond to alarms, and maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
