The Role
As an Electrical Operations Lead, you will:
- Supervise electrical maintenance and installation tasks at the refinery.
- Direct a team of electricians to guarantee the smooth functioning of electrical systems and apparatus.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project timelines and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.

About You
We are seeking candidates with:
- Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial environments, ideally within the mining or refining sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- A commitment to safety and quality excellence.
- Possession of a White card and an Electrical Licence.
