Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to work with adult and geriatric clients in Chittenden County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • A current Vermont Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
