Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Jabbergym, A member of the Point Quest Group. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential by providing individualized speech and language therapy services.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language deficits, including standardized assessments and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, adapting materials and equipment as needed to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Participate in in-service education, utilization review, and team conferences to stay current on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Current, active license as a Speech Pathologist (SLP, SLPL, SLP-CCC) or be eligible for licensure.
- At least one year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or treatment setting.
- Working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures, including computer literacy and proficiency in standard company software applications.
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Reliability, dependability, and flexibility to meet the needs of our students and team.
