Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Jabbergym, a member of the Point Quest Group. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children achieve their full potential by addressing communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' levels of functioning and ability to communicate.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with classroom teachers and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including instruction and consultation with families and other professionals.
- Participate in in-service education, utilization review, and team conferences to ensure best practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make data-driven decisions to inform future interventions.
- Current, active license as a Speech Pathologist (SLP, SLPL, SLP-CCC) or eligibility for licensure.
- At least one year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or treatment setting.
- Experience working with students with learning or social/emotional problems.
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance.
- Working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures.
- Computer-literate with knowledge of standard company software applications and internet.
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Competitive salary range: $78,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
