Collaborate with industry-specific, regional, and functional student and alumni groups to support employer outreach initiatives. Innovatively source leads through various channels, including social media, and proactively establish connections with company representatives to foster relationships on behalf of Chicago Booth. Undertake domestic travel (approximately 10-15%) to engage with corporate partners. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal departments (admissions, corporate relations, and alumni development) and corporate contacts while promoting employer development initiatives. Effectively market resulting opportunities to the relevant Booth constituencies. Conceptualize, plan, and evaluate events designed to enhance the Chicago Booth brand across targeted industries and regions. Develop communication materials, including social media updates, blog posts, and presentations for varied audiences, showcasing the relationship-building efforts undertaken on behalf of students and alumni. Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, calendar organization, and travel arrangements. Identify and nurture employer relationships and student employment opportunities within designated industry sectors, employing best practices to recruit new companies for career fairs, on-campus recruiting, job postings, and related programs.
