Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Face to Face Interpreter to join our team at Access 2 Interpreters, LLC. As a Face to Face Interpreter, you will use your language skills to assist individuals during medical, social service, and other types of appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality interpretation services in Russian, Ukrainian, and Uzbek languages.
  • Work with clients in a variety of settings, including medical offices, social service agencies, and other community-based organizations.
  • Use your language skills to facilitate communication between clients and service providers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of clients and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Be located in the Central Ohio area.
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Pass a Federal Criminal Background Check based on fingerprints and a 10-panel drug screening (at no cost to you).
  • Provide proof of program completion from an accredited interpreter training of at least 40 hours.
  • Provide Certification of Bilingual Proficiency or pay for and complete a 3rd Party Bilingual Fluency Evaluation through an accredited testing and evaluation organization.
