Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with both clients and vehicles, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling work experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication and adherence to customer requirements.
- Reviewing and updating vehicle condition reports, followed by the approval and auditing of repair documentation.
- Conducting vehicle inspections alongside account representatives and providing recommendations for enhancements to maximize vehicle value.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinating with Lot Operations and Recon departments to facilitate the appropriate movement of vehicles and ensure timely completion of reconditioning tasks.
- Collaborating to prepare vehicles for sale, ensuring proper scanning and organization.
- Reviewing vehicles in the sales lineup, identifying missing units, and working with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
- Adhering to all safety and health protocols while exemplifying the expected behaviors.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. Alternatively, candidates may possess a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a relevant discipline with up to 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong automotive knowledge is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
- Degree in a related discipline.
- Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, AS400, Workbench, and Excel is advantageous.
To be employed in this role, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.

BenefitsEmployees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month, along with seven paid holidays throughout the year.
Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement leave, voting, jury duty, volunteer time, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
