About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Mobile Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations to perform portable x-rays and EKG exams, adhering to company policies and protocols.
  • Collect and verify patient information and order documentation prior to procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring safe work practices and radiation safety.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment, determining exposure factors based on patient needs.
  • Process and transmit images, maintaining accurate records and visit logs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Assist with training and orientation of new employees, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements for portable x-ray performance, including ARRT registration or limited scope x-ray licensure.
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of settings.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
