Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations for multiple manufacturing sites in the feed additives division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective safety and environmental programs to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular training exercises.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in EHS program management in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State EHS regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
