About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRNA to join our growing team and make a meaningful contribution to our patients' lives. As a CRNA at Gastro Health, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during endoscopic procedures.
You will assess patients' medical history, current health status, and anesthesia needs to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan. Your excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations will be essential in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including stipend for leadership responsibilities, malpractice coverage, sign-on bonus, 401(k) retirement plans, profit-sharing, health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/HRA employer contributions, FSA, employee/dependent life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accidental, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, and paid vacation (5 weeks + 7 paid holidays).
Requirements- Valid and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
- Ability to supervise and guide a team of CRNAs, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure safe and efficient anesthesia care delivery.
