The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure pricing and visual standards are met.
  • Ensure a great customer experience by modeling and promoting the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.

The wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00, and successful candidates' wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
