Job Responsibilities- Rake and shovel asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
- Assist equipment operators in aligning, moving, and adjusting machines, equipment, and materials.
- Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas for construction.
- Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks.
- Prepare construction sites and clean areas to eliminate hazards.
- Understanding of asphalt paving procedures.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Great work ethic and high energy levels.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work in the heat, bend, lift, and perform other physical activities.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
