We are currently seeking a Sanitation Specialist to become a vital part of our on-site operations team, ensuring a pleasant experience for our residents.

What are the key responsibilities of a Sanitation Specialist?
  • Dust and wipe surfaces and light fixtures, collect and dispose of waste materials.
  • Maintain, clean, and restock restroom facilities.
  • Care for clubhouse flooring through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming, and ensure the cleanliness of the clubhouse kitchen, particularly the refrigerator and cabinets.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of facility laundry areas and report any damaged screens, windows, or equipment to the direct supervisor.
  • Prepare assigned vacant units to be market-ready by vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, and testing lights to confirm functionality.
  • Identify items needing repair and contact third-party vendors as directed by management.
  • Properly mix water and concentrated cleaning agents in labeled containers to create cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Assist other departments with tasks as needed.
  • Report any potential safety or compliance concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform job duties under pressure, such as tight deadlines or challenging situations.
What qualifications are required for this role?
  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with team dress code policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software, applications, and programs.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
